Moshinsky Oleg Borisovich
Born on January 4, 1969 in Sverdlovsk. In 1991 he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute with a major in Electric Systems and was employed by Sverdlovsk Electrical Plant as a wireman. In the same year Mr. Moshinsky also became a wireman and then operator at Sverdlovsk City Electric Grid "Sverdlovenergo" JSC. Between 1997 and 1999 he worked as a Deputy Head of Operating Department of Sverdlovsk City Electric Grid "Sverdlovenergo" JSC. In 1999 Oleg Moshinsky was promoted to Deputy Chief Engineer of Sverdlovsk Heat Networks "Sverdlovenergo" JSC. In 2002 Oleg Moshinsky began to work at "Yekaterinburg Electric Grid Company" OJSC as a Deputy Chief Engineer. On May 5, 2006 he was appointed Chief Engineer at "Yekaterinburg Electric Grid Company" OJSC. Oleg Moshinsky was awarded Certificate of Honor by RAO UES of Russia and Certificate of Honor issued by the Department of Energy, Housing Maintenance and Utilities of Sverdlovsk region. Oleg Moshinsky is married and has two children.
