Matyuk Vladimir Mikhailovich

Born on February 25, 1969 in Vitebsk, Republic of Belarus.

Graduated from two higher educational institutions. In 1991 he graduated from Sverdlovsk Higher Military-Political Tank-Artillery School with honours and obtained qualification of military officer with military-political education and social educational psychologist. In 2002 he graduated from the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law with the major in Jurisprudence.

From 1987 till 1998 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Since 1998 the professional life of Vladimir Matyuk has been connected with personnel management. From 1999 till 2007 he worked in Alliance Trading Company LLC where he started as Recruitment Officer and was promoted further up to the position of Deputy Director General - HR Director.

From 2007 till 2009 - Deputy Director in charge of personnel management and organizational planning of "IDGC of Urals" OJSC.

Competent and well-balanced personnel policy of "IDGC of Urals" OJSC was developed under his supervision. The policy is successfully implemented and has good results in all spheres of personnel management activity, namely: personnel selection, evaluation and development, motivation and labor economics, social policy, personnel records.

In April 2009 Vladimir Matyuk was appointed to the post of Director in charge of personnel management and organizational planning of "IDGC of Urals" OJSC.

Married with a son.
