Job DesignThe paramount factor for the Company to reach its strategic goals is the absolute duty performance by all the Company employees, strict observance of labor and production discipline, demanding management style, employees' peremptory performance of their duties, orders and work assignments. The fundamental principle of duty performance is the job design meaning the Company employees are aware of and perform their duties set forth in their job descriptions. Managers and department heads are responsible for decisions made in their scope. Planning, accounting and control of decisions being implemented are performed in compliance with the accepted and approved rules, techniques and instructions. Corporate behavior is governed by "Internal Labor Policy of OJSC IDGC of Urals", ethical business norms are specified in the "Corporate Code of OJSC IDGC of Urals", functions, rights and responsibility - in job descriptions, provisions and regulations of the Company. Job design is the mainstay of the Company activity, and any breach is deemed as a gross misconduct punishable both in the financial and administrative way including even the dismissal of a guilty employee. In order to create it we organize corporate events so that to foster the feelings of community, loyalty and reliability among our employees. The Company celebrates the corporate holiday - Power Engineer's Day on 22 December. On this date the Company employees are invited to a corporate banquet. On Power Engineer's Day the Company grants state, departmental and Company awards. The HR and Organizational Design Department bears the prime responsibility for efficient human resources policy of the Company. It closely interacts with the Company departments and their heads in order to reach the set objectives. |
