Deputy General Director for Technical Issues - Chief Engineer

Born 17.04.1963 in the Ivanovo Region. In 1985, he graduated from the Ivanovo Energy Institute with a degree in manufacturing automation and electric energy distribution.

He gradually held the following positions:

1985-1986 – Engineer in charge of protective relaying and main circuit automation, Izhevsk TPP-2.

In 1986-1988 he held the post of the Second Secretary, First Secretary of Izhevsk Industrial District Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League.

1988-2003 – Engineer, Deputy Head, Head of the local protective relaying and automation service South Power Grids of Udmurtenergo, OJSC.

2003-2006 – Head of Udmurtenergo Power Grids Operations Department.

2006-2007 – Director of Udmurtenergo Central Power Grids.

May 2007 - May 2008 – Deputy Director General in charge of technical issues – Chief Engineer, Sverdlovenergo, OJSC.

May 2008 - September 2008 – Deputy Chief Engineer in charge of operational work, IDGC of Urals, OJSC

He is an honored worker of Russian Unified Energy System.

Married with two children.
