Retirement Plan

Pursuant to the Provision on private retirement scheme the Company employees have a right to receive auxiliary retirement benefit which boosts financial incentives and social security of the power company retirees. All the in-house employees upon their probationary appointment are covered by the Non-governmental pension plan. They get auxiliary pension when they reach the retirement age.
