IDGC of Urals thinks that the primary condition of its successful business is efficient social policy, partner relations with the staff, state and society.

At present the Company has some developed and well implemented social security schemes which provide different types of allowance, benefits, grant-in-aids and compensations for the Company personnel. The benefits offered by the Company include a medical insurance, private retirement plan, expenses refund during business trips, compensation for mobile communication expenses, kindergarten cost sharing, leisure organization (including sports, recreational and cultural events) as well as other benefits aimed to enhance personnel welfare.
