When is EGM held?
Answer:
According to Russian legislation extraordinary shareholder meeting is convened in the following cases:
According to BoD decision (based on its own initiative);
At request of the Company’s audit commission;
At request of the Company’s auditor;
At request of shareholder (shareholders) possessing no less than 10 percent of the voting shares.

In accordance with Federal Law “On Joint-Stock Companies” AGM of OAO “IDGC of Urals” is held from March 01 to June 30 of the year following the reported one.
