IDGC of Urals, OAO strictly adheres to leading practice in information disclosure. Thus, in accordance with Russian legislation, the Company prepares Quarterly Report, List of Affiliated Entities, significant facts as well as annual reports. These documents are published in Section "INFORMATION DISCLOSURE".

Financial statements are also available as IR-releases in Russian and English which are quarterly prepared and published at Section"NEWS FOR SHAREHOLDERS" on the Company’s corporate web-site. Alongside with publication on the corporate web-site, IR-releases are also distributed among analysts, investors, informational agencies and other interested parsons.
