A nominee for auditor position is determined by a competitive selection. To participate in auditor contest auditor companies should meet the requirements below:

- not to be under liquidation;

- not to have a resolution on suspension of operations adopted in a procedure set forth by Administrative Violation Code of the Russian Federation, as of the date of participation application review;

- not to possess debts on taxes, levies and other obligatory payments to various budgets, amount of which exceeds 25% of balance sheet asset according to financial statements as of the last reported period;

- not to fit the conditions (regarding to the Company and Holding IDGC's SACs) disclosed in item 1 Article 12 , Federal Law "On Auditor Activities".
