MARKET-MAKER IS TO WORK ON MICEX

ОАО «IDGC of Urals» (RTS and MICEX: MRKU), united operating company of the Urals region exercising control over distribute grid complexes in Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Perm regions - reports that ZAO "IK Troika Dialog", the Company's market-maker, will begin to work on MICEX.

On November 20, 2008 ZAO "Investment Company "Troika Dialog" will begin to fulfill its market-maker obligations in relation to the Company's common shares on ZАО "Stock Exchange "Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange" (ZАО "SE "MICEX").

We remind that on June 11, 2008 the Company's common shares with the nominal value of RUR 0.1 were permitted for trading in Section "Securities permitted for trading without listing" of ОАО "SE "RTS" and on ZAO "SE "MICEX" (on June 18, 2008).
