Results of the Company’s Board of Directors session

Ekaterinburg (Ural Federal District, Russia) - ОАО "IDGC of Urals" (RTS and MICEX: MRKU) reports on the results of BoD session.

April 02, 2010 saw an extramural BoD meeting which reviewed a range of managing and corporate issues.

Approval of the Company's 2010 business plan and 2010 investment program

The Company's BoD approved its 2010 business plan and 2010 investment program. In 2010 investment plans are RUR 4.8 bln., revenue plans - RUR 48.6 bln., net profit plans - RUR 1.2 bln.

Approval of 2010 Traumatism Risk-decreasing Program

Within the framework of IDGC Holding's recommendations on traumatism risk decrease in discos the Company analyzed its productive divisions for such risks and developed a risk-decreasing program. For further traumatism prevention the Company's BoD approved 2010 Traumatism Risk-decreasing Program.

Approval of the Company's 2010 IR plan

The Board of Directors approved IR-activities stipulated in 2010 IR plan. The plan is aimed at increasing target audience interaction effectiveness, efficient contacts with minority shareholders as well as increasing information transparency. With allowance for these aims the document stipulates basic directions for IR package meant to intensify and strengthen investor relations.

The Board of Directors determined positions of the Company's representatives on agenda issues of GSM and BoD sessions of the SACs

The Board of Directors entrusted the Company's representatives to vote "FOR" while taking the following decisions:

1) To approve the report on 2009 EESK business plan execution;

2) To take into consideration the EESK's report on insurance protection program execution as of 4Q 2009;

3) To approve 2010 Insurance Protection Program of OAO "EESK";

4) To approve the report on 2009 business plan execution of OAO "Ekaterinburgenergosbyt";

5) To approve the following insurers of OAO "EESK":

- Voluntary motor insurance  - ОАО "AlfaStrakhovanie";

- Obligatory motor insurance - ОАО "Insurance Company "Energogarant";

- Property insurance - ОАО "AlfaStrakhovanie".
