In 1983, he graduated from Chelyabinsk Red Banner Order Institute of Agricultural Mechanization and Electrification with a degree in agribusiness electrification. Upon graduation, he worked as a foreman, senior foreman of the relay protection, electrical automation and metering service of the Tyumen Grids, TymenEnergo OJSC. Afterwards, he consecutively held the positions of: 1987 – 1989: Assistant Manager of the relay protection, electrical automation and metering service of the Tyumen Grids, TymenEnergo OJSC. 1989 – 1989: Assistant Manager of the relay protection, electrical automation and metering service of the Tyumen Grids, TymenEnergo OJSC. 1996 – 2005: Technical Manager of the Tyumen Grids, TymenEnergo OJSC. He became the First Vice-President and Technical Manager of ChelyabEnergo OJSC effective August 8, 2005. In 2006, he was appointed to the post of Technical Manager, ChelyabEnergo OJSC. In 2007, he became Engineering Manager of ChelyabEnergo OJSC. Finally, he was appointed to the post of Vice-President of the IDGC Urals and Director of ChelyabEnergo Affiliate on February 16, 2007. |
