“IDGC of Urals”, JSC provides governance of distribution grid companies in four regions, namely, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Perm Regions. There are more than 12 mln people living within the IDGC of Urals area of responsibility.

The company's transmission grids are stretching about 150,000 km. There are more than 36,000 transformer substations serviced in total.

The company activities have been targeted at enhancement of distribution grid conglomerates performance. The company pursues an active policy of developing and implementing programs of electric supply reliability improvements, attracting investments to the industry, and transmission grids development.
