IDGC of the Urals: About company

“Interregional Distributive Grid Company of Urals and Volga”, Open Joint-Stock Company was founded within the framework of Russia's energy system reform as decided by its only founder (Resolution of RAO UES of Russia, dated February 24, 2005) and registered on February 28, 2005 in the city of Ekaterinburg. The company was renamed into "IDGC of Urals”, JSC on August 14, 2007.

In line with the IDGC configuration approved by the Board of Directors of RAO UES of Russia, IDGC of Ural, JSC will manage the distributive grid companies in four regions below:

• Sverdlovsk Region
• Chelyabinsk Region
• Perm Region
• Kurgan Region
