HR Policy

IDGC of Urals is a power company which distributes power in 4 regions: Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Perm. IDGC of Urals is affiliated with Permenergo located in Perm, Chelyabenergo in Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovenergo from Yekaterinburg, as well as has two subsidiaries - the OJSC Yekaterinburg Power Grid Company and the OJSC Kurganenergo.

The Company aims to enhance the efficiency in the Ural distribution grid networks. It pursues an active policy in order to develop and introduce power supply boosting programs offered to consumers, raise investments and develop the power sector.

With respect to such significant and critical objectives set by the Company, one of our top priorities is a wise and balanced human resources policy.

IDGC of Urals sets the following key objectives:

  • care of the Company's personnel;
